If you are struggling to register your Winners Circle Account on our App, it could be due to one of the following issues:
- Make sure you have activated your Winners Circle card in any slot machine
- Double check your card number was correctly entered on registration (Graphic - showing what is your account number vs your Card number)
- You’re entering the wrong Account Number or Card number.
- Your may have entered your password incorrectly. Should your card be blocked (because you used the wrong pin too many times) visit the Winners Circle Desk to reset your PIN and activate your card. Always have your valid ID at hand.
- You’re using an invalid PIN. A Card PIN Code can only be changed at the Winners Circle Desk. A valid ID is required for this.
- Your card has expired. Delete all old cards from your WC App and only have the active card you’re playing with registered. Check the date on the front of the card to know when the card expired. (Graphic - expiry date on Card)
- Your Mobile Number changed. Ensure your details are up to date so you can receive the App verification messages. Update your details online or at the Winners Circle desk on your next visit.
